<title>HuffPost Launches OffTheBus Citizen Journalism Project</title>

With that in mind, The Huffington Post <a href="http://www.poynter.org/latest-news/romenesko/138251/huffington-post-to-relaunch-offthebus-citizen-journalism-initiative/" target="_blank">announced today</a> it is launching  OffTheBus, an open-source, citizen-based reporting project.</p>
