Betsy Andrews is deputy editor at Saveur magazine and a contributor to the dining section of The New York Times. She created Food & Wine magazine's first-ever blog, On the Line in New Orleans, an insider's look at the post-Katrina rebuilding of the Big Easy's restaurant industry. She also spent five years as a senior editor at Zagat. Betsy is the author of New Jersey (University of Wisconsin Press, 2007), winner of the Brittingham Prize in Poetry.
