Betsy Andrews's Courses
I will absolutely recommend this class to friends. Betsy was a total pro. Our guest speakers were passionate and informative, and the course content was extremely interesting. I will look to Mediabistro in the future for more classes. -- Laura DiLorenzo
"I highly recommend Betsy's class for anyone interested in food writing. In addition to writing assignments, we learned how to write a solid pitch. Going into this class, I knew nothing about food writing. Now I could confidently pitch a story and have clips to share. I would definitely take Betsy's class again!" -- Lindsey Maino
"I have worked over twenty years on the business side of magazine publishing. I now have an appreciation for how the editorial process works. Betsy provided knowledge and experience that will help me in my day-to-day tasks." -- Chris Marcantonio
