I am an "Accidental Publicist" who has organized radio, televison and newspaper publicity, book launches, cross border forums and tours at bookstores, libraries, schools and universities across North America for a variety of authors. I have generated articles and reviews in dozens of newspapers and have arranged radio and television interviews on stations in the United States and Canada. An overview of my publicity work can be seen on the web at www.cascadiapublicity.com
Prior to becoming a publicist, I published free-lance travel articles and essays for weekly newspapers across North America and was a correspondent for a weekly newspaper in Toronto and Seattle. My latest article, an "American Trapped in a Canadian's Body," was published in The Globe and Mail, Canada's national newspaper. I also wrote a 350 page Master's thesis. In addition, I co-produced and co-hosted a radio program on a community radio station and was a disc jockey aboard The Voice of Peace.
