Do you use the term "preditor"?

Do you use the term "preditor" in your shop? And does the title come with any benefits, pay raise, status or is it just an editor without a producer over his shoulder?
Are "preditors" doing anything different than what tape and film editors did in your shop before the title came about?

I think in Nashville....
Oh wait. Those are the Predators. :-)
(A few TV people might be worthy of that title. But I won't name names.)

We sure do! Preditors are...
...tape editor who annually try to prey upon the young college interns our shop gets every summer.
I say "TRY"...because the always fail miserably. These hot young babes are only interested in getting to know our anchors or reporters.
