As she states on her publicly available LinkedIn page, she is, a Deko Operator at WUTR, part of Nexstar Broadcasting Group's Utica, New York cluster, which includes WFXV and WPNY. Nexstar owns or controls television stations that reach around 11% of the US population. As of July 12, 2012, this group of stations has at least three pending FCC complaints against it, filed by a viewer.
In the photo and post, she seems to gloat that one shouldn't get her angry, and it depicts what appear to be finger marks on someone's neck. "Don't make me mad!," she writes.
Just as concerning is a post from Jeff Matthews, the station's weatherman. He writes, "You have done this to me too, and it is NOT acceptable." This appears to imply that Fazio may have committed some sort of act of physical aggression towards Matthews. Is that what happened? It certainly seems plausible.
From Fazio's own Facebook page, there appears to be evidence that she MAY have violent tendencies.
In any event, Nexstar seems to have an employee-on-employee assault situation, and for liability purposes, they better see what that's about, and whether it happened on station grounds.
Even if it didn't happen on grounds, Fazio may have opened herself up to questions as to how she would handle discord with fellow employees, and it's my personal opinion that's cause for any co-worker to question whether or not they'd be the next to have finger marks on their neck.
Are these the sorts of people Nexstar is proud of as employees? Lest anyone think I'm picking on her, keep in mind Fazio opened the door by posting it, to her Facebook page where nothing is truly private, and Matthews, a public news personality, seems to have admitted he let a girl beat him up. Who lets that happen? Then come the more serious and relevant questions: did he report the incident? If not, why not? What if his apparent inaction had enabled her to repeat the incident, perhaps with more dire results?
This is not libel, slander, or anything that violates anyone's rights, for this was posted on her Facebook page, and it raises a valid question: why is that behavior acceptable in the Nexstar workplace? Surely co-workers saw that, and once the weatherman posted that he apparently was mistreated by her, that becomes a company concern, in my opinion.

Sounds about right for someone who's name is I'm A Sock Puppet Who Defends Physical Aggression.
I don't know the broad, so I can't say hate or like. What I CAN say is that photo and its caption is very disturbing, in my opinion. If you're okay with physical aggression, that's all you, but it's clear that you are the one with the agenda.

You, oh anonymous one, should be "I'm Anon And I Have A Pro-Aggression Agenda," in my opinion.
Clearly, it is you who has an agenda. Again, I don't know the broad, so I can't say anything bad or good about her. What I CAN comment on is a photo that she posted on Facebook, and as we all know, even if you mark a photo private on Facebook, it's not truly private, thanks to how they store photos. Oh.....you didn't know that, did you?

otherwise how on earth would you know that this woman or her linkedin/facebook pages exist?

There is no conspiracy here, nor are there sour grapes. It's merely a legitimate question: is someone who brags about not getting her angry, and then posts a picture of someone with fingerprint marks to illustrate that point, the sort of employee they want associated with them?
As I said, I don't know this broad.

And in case it needs to be spelled out: no I have never worked for Nexstar, nor have I dated, wanted to date, hung out with, been scorned by, or insulted by this broad. As said, I don't even know her.

The only "agenda" is to ask legitimate questions about Nexstar's hiring practices. It could be anyone; it just so happened this broad put that photo in plain view. So down off your high horse.
And if you care so little about Utica (can't blame you there), why keep responding? Kind of ironic, no?
