New York Jets Lose to the Steelers, But Win the Ratings Week - Posted September 20, 2012
Despite losing to the Steelers Sunday night, 27-10, at Heinz Field, enough Jets (and Steeler) fans tuned in to catapult to the top spot in the weekly prime time ratings. The game, broadcast by CBS, reeled in a 1.8 million fans on Channel 2 with a 9.1 rating, according to Nielsen.
