Jon Reiner is the award-winning author of The Man Who Couldn't Eat, selected as a Top Pick by the Los Angeles Times, Chicago Tribune, and Daily Beast and winner of a Publishers Weekly Listen-Up Award for best audiobook.

Jon's memoir is based on his work for Esquire which won the James Beard Foundation Award for Magazine Feature Writing, was nominated for a National Magazine Award, and was translated into multiple languages for international publication. His essays have also been published by The New York Times, Daily Beast, NPR.com, and CNN.com. He teaches writing at Rutgers University, has taught writing and literature at the University of Maryland, and has been a guest lecturer for writing classes at NYU and the New School.
