For those of you outside South Texas who felt Julian's speech was good, but still a little stiff, perhaps you should see the more playful Julian. Here's a video shot for a local political revue called GRIDIRON. A minute 18's worth of fun. Glossary: "Mama Bear" is a local whack job who runs for political office without a platform. Nelson Wolff is a huge local guy--former Mayor and now County judge, and 70+ years of age.
