I tried both items that OldEditor posted and I did not find the answer. Who would think someone would be like that just because I asked a question. If he knew the answer, he/she could have just said yes he is or no he is not!!

I absolutely refuse to tell you the information you can easily obtain by simply READING about it.
This is a website devoted to journalists and their colleagues. I would expect that anyone reading posts here have at least a minimal amount of literacy and familiarity with basic research methods. 3rd graders could find this information quickly and easily. Let's see if you're up to the task.
