I don't know what is funnier (or more true): the obvious fact that FNC peddles islamaphobia and lies, or the equally obvious fact that cons refuse to take responsibility for their own failures ... Always blaming someone else (gub'mint, lib'rils, OBAMA!!1!)

"Ohio mosque arsonist says he was under influence of Fox News"
Toledo - An Indiana man convicted of setting fire to an Ohio mosque attributed his crime to the influence of Fox News, which he says convinced him that "most Muslims are terrorists."
Linn told the court that on September 30 he had gotten "riled up" as a result of watching Fox News and drinking beer. Linn claims to have drank 45 beers in seven hours before heading to the mosque and setting a fire in the prayer room. He was also reportedly armed with a revolver at the time.
During the court proceedings, Judge Jack Zouhary asked Linn if he knew any Muslims or knew what Islam was about.
"No, I only know what I hear on Fox news and what I hear on [right-wing talk] radio," Linn replied.
"Muslims are killing Americans and trying to blow stuff up," Linn told the judge. "Most Muslims are terrorists and don't believe in Jesus Christ," Linn falsely stated, ignorant of the fact that Jesus is revered as a prophet in Islam.
A 2010 University of Maryland study found that Fox News viewers are the most ignorant on key issues. And another study conducted by Fairleigh Dickinson University determined that Fox News viewers know less than people who watch no news at all."

Don't matter.
You can't argue the post.
The funny thing is, all you'd really need to do is state (as you did in the sandy hook truther post) that this guy is an idiot.
All you have to do is agree.
But conservatives like you (note, not "cons") refuse to divorce yourself and condemn the idiots in your party and political ideology that are dragging it down.
Maybe you know, deep down, that is your base. And condeming it means a split and electoral failure for a generation.
Or, maybe, you actually agree with the tea bangers, conspiracy, beck and rush nonsense.
But the best argument you got is : get a life.

My life is just is just fine. Obama won a second term.
The GOP is a mess. Your congressional caucus is in open internal warfare. Conservative support is collapsing in key demos including women, and middle and working class.
Sorry, I don't believe for a moment that you don't care.
The RNC certainly does. Moderates like Rice and Powell do. Hitch and Buckley are rolling in their graves. You put up a fuss at the slightest criticism.
But, hey, feel free to think and argue I'm the problem....

Yes this guy is an idiot. No real surprise there. And I don't feel the need to speak about every idiot out there making sure that everyone knows I think they are an idiot. My opinions are quite clear, I don't need to keep repeating them. And I don't feel the need to surf the web looking for left wing idiots I can post here about so I can feel all superior. I understand that the majority of democrats really are not all that different from me; we want what is best for this country, to worship or not as we please, and to live our lives in the pursuit of happiness.
What I cannot for the life of me is understand is you. You claim not to be an American yet you are obsessed by the conservatives here in America. You surf the net finding articles about people that in a million years could never impact you or your life but you feel compelled to post them here. That's why I keep telling you to get a life. I am serious about that. Stop obsessing about American conservatives.
Either that or you are the most perfect example of internet trolling on this forum. I will make it easy on you. I will find something else to read on the throne.

i wihs i knew the cause of the personal animosity..
that's all too apparent between blacked and cdn..
both of whom i respect, by the way, for their opinions and ways of stating them..
i think we'd all like to know what's behind all this, so we can weigh that into our reactions about their posts and comments..
i realize i'll never be told that.. but just sayin'..

Respect. I disagree with everyone here at one time or the other, some much more than others. But I know that we all share one thing, a desire to see this country and its citizens succeed. I have no respect whatsoever for someone who's only goal here is to stir up things for their own amusment and possibile self gratification. I know cdnreprtr from the old forum and this has always been their motive. Sadly things have not changed.
I can assure you I will not waste any more time on this person. As I said in an earlier post I used cdnreprtr's post as a way to pass the time while on the throne. Now I just play "Angry Birds", a better use of my time.
