At least that's the gist of an actual meeting held by Georgia lawmakers -- called by the state senate's majority leader. The Republicans in attendance even charged taxpayers for their cost of attending the conspiracy-based groupthink session.

And someone got the thing on video -- most of it until he was thrown out.

http://blogs.ajc.com/political-insider-jim-galloway/2012/11/12/georgia%E2%80%99s-own-52-minute-video-on-agenda-21/

This latest conspiracy centers on something the conspiracy nuts call "Agenda 21." It involves a brainwashing technique called "Delphi" invented by the Rand Corporation during the Cold War.

And it says that public-private partnerships are proof that the conspiracy is working!

Let's face it. It IS a lot easier to believe in conspiracy theories than to reach out to fellow Americans with an inclusive platform.

This dude is trying to brainwash US

Agenda 21 is NOT a brainwashing technique. It is a non-binding UN resolution concerning "sustainable development" and a number of other issues that are described in the following:

http://www.un.org/esa/dsd/agenda21/

Two of the major thrusts of Agenda 21 are "Protection of the Atmosphere" (read: concerns about "global warming") and "Planning and Management of Land Resources" (read: promoting urban high-density housing, limiting suburban and exurban migration, limiting highway improvements, limiting privately owned vehicles, promoting public transit systems, etc.)

Even though it's supposedly non-binding, this is something that has been enthusiastically embraced by many far leftists, environmentalists, global warming devotees, etc., and a lot of liberal state, county and municipal governments have climbed aboard.

Pure Brainwashing

As I have reported on extensively due to my impressive acumen and expertise in all matters, sustaining the natural environment and atmosphere is a waste of time.

I am a celebrated and fabulously wealthy non-fiction author/scientist/astronaut/chef/cowboy/ship captain/brain surgeon/rodeo clown and corporate CEO who just happens to have plenty of time to troll this message board and counter liberal claims, pal.

We won't need any of this with the coming global cooling proven by a single Time magazine article in 1976.

You lefties don't get it.

Sweetie.

"agenda 21" has been seized upon by the rightwingnuts..

as the beginning of one-world government.. scandinavian troops being carried in black helicoptgers to enslave all americans and created a godless state wherein communism is the answer..

ypou remember..the trilateral commission.. the club of rome.. the gnomes of zurich..the bilderburger trust..all those dastardly people the john birch society has been warning us about for decades..

the rightwingnuts are not wrapped nearly tightly enough..

Yep, cruzo...

has latched onto another conspiracy theory to defend.

Leftists are using Agenda 21 to take over the world.

This is a perfect example of why the Republican Party is losing support -- the way they grasp at conspiracy theories instead of upholding conservative principles.
