Not for dems. Obama and Kerry both resigned their seats, and didn't double - run in the election. Gore resigned when he first ran. Clinton gave up the governorship. I guess Cons ... Ryan, Palin, mcCain, etc ... like to fall back on the taxpayer teat when they fail. Talk about entitlement. Maybe they know, they can't win. |
