don't know where you were going with all that.
Your "Those allegations were made as part of a lawsuit"...Well yea, but when you testify under oath and say something, it's not an "allegation" anymore. It's the truth. You said it. Under oath no less.
(blackedtape:) "One thing that jumped out at me was the fact that the woman bringing the lawsuit testified she never heard Paula Deen make a racist remark" And you gave a link to that testimony. Well thank you for that...but if you read that page--"Jackson testified that she has never heard Paula Deen make a racist remark, other than
when she described the clothing she’d like the wait staff to wear at her brother’s wedding." And what that be like ????
"Well what I would really like is a bunch of little niggers to wear long-sleeve white shirts, black shorts and black bow ties, you know in the Shirley Temple days, they used to tap dance around,” the lawsuit claims Deen said. “Now that would be a true southern wedding, wouldn’t it? But we can’t do that because the media would be on me about that.”
What part of "bunch of little niggers" didn't you hear?? It goes back to what I said before--context--A joke is one hing--MEANING it is sometheing else.
BTW--the place of employment we're talking about in the discirmination lawsuit had seperate black and white entrances. Seperate black and white bathrooms. BATHROOMS. Thought we got rid of that sort of stuff. Apparently not.
(You state "I think you might find it interesting to read" It's a PDF with 149 pages. Exactly what page did you want us to read? Your second link is a blog. That's it. 'I know her, I like her, she's not racist, leave her alone' type crap. Aw well Gee. That settles that. I'm assuming then that every blog that says Obama is not an Muslim Anti-Christ Nazi Muslim--that will be taken as proof.)
Please tell me where i'm wrong.

Please get your facts straight and learn what the word "allegations" means. There are two entrances to the restaurant, one for customers and one for employees. There are two sets of bathrooms, again for customers and employees. Paula testified she did not use the "n" word when describing her idea for a plantation wedding. The black and white entrances and bathrooms as well as the "dressed like little n********s" are all allegations made by the plaintiff in a lawsuit.
I apologize for the length of the transcript, I just thought you wanted to know exactly what Paule Deen admitted to saying. I guess it just is not worth your time reading it.

Saw a quote online today:
Since Walmart and Target dropped Paula Deen, I fully expect them to remove all hip hop and rap CDs that contain the same word and that are also racist against whites.

"Please tell me where i'm wrong"
You're just plain wrong. To adhere to your standard, every person in Dixie over the age of fifty would have to be executed...and a whole lot of them UNDER 50.
As I said earlier that kind of commentary is FAR less common than it used to be...and it's decreasing all the time.
I saw the segregated South where there actually WERE separate drinking fountains, entrances, restrooms, etc., blacks actually did ride in the back of the bus and they were constantly demeaned by whites. That just doesn't exist anymore for all practical purposes.
Not every person in the South was a bigot but they all lived in that environment. It's patently unfair to hold someone to a standard of conduct that simply did not exist "back in the day"...especially if their current conduct reflects modern standards of tolerance and inclusion.

As they say, cruster...
You can either sink to the lowest level or rise to the highest. I see which choice you made.
