Since leftwing media outlets are touting the record heat and wildfires as a sure fire sign of GLOBAL WARMING, we must look at other weather around the world to see if it is WARMING everywhere in world.

But it's not. Britian is suffereing from record cold and rain leading people to call the year of 2012 as the year without a summer.

GLOBAL COOLING is wreaking havoc in Great Britian.

Much of the West Coast

from Washington down to San Diego has been cooler than normal so far this spring and summer.

Even in Georgia, where record highs were recorded at the end of June, the month's average temperatures were cooler than normal.

The bottom line is the wannabe meteorologists on here cherry-pick data to support their notion of global climate change.

But they've figured out how to overcome dissent. They label EVERY change in the weather...up or down...as a sign of global warming.

Go tell it to Palm Springs, where the forecast calls for 109 degrees for four days next week and it has already been 115. Or coastal Los Angeles and Orange Counties.

What you may believe is "cold," cruiser, is commonly known as "June gloom," an annual time period of coastal low clouds and fog. On the coastal peninsula in the SF Bay area, the "gloom" lasts through most of the summer. It happens every year. In Santa Clara County, you're closest to the summer seasonal fog and cold in San Mateo and Santa Cruz counties.

All of your off-topic blather

does not invalidate anything I posted.

Oh, and it's not just me saying it. It's weather records.

I fail to grasp how you can be so arrogant and imperious...and simultaneously so clueless.

Grateful Deadline Posted - 7/7/2012 5:01:37 PM | show profile | flag this post

Just spoke with relatives in Virginia, where it's 102 and has been at least 100 degrees for several days.

***I fail to grasp how you can be so arrogant and imperious...and simultaneously so clueless.***

I fail to grasp how you can be so incredible rude all the time. Grow some balls and behave like a real man.

And still your off topic blather

doesn't invalidate anything I posted.

If you want to observe rude, I suggest you look in a mirror.

I'm still reminded

of all the silly smirking sarcastic Fox anchors--amidst a snow storm in New York or DC giggling "Hey AL GORE!! Where's your Global Warming now!!!" Ha Ha Ha Ha.

Now we have 25 states under unbelievable conditions. States are literally on fire. I am NOT saying this is due to Global Warming--it could be--propably is--just the WEATHER. PS, it's still coldin the Arctic as far as I know.

So why bring it up?? Washington State is cool--and half the country is a fried egg. Who's cherry-picking?? "arrogant and imperious...and simultaneously so clueless" my roasting ass.

those of us who live in san diego and southern california..

understand that cruiztwit, as usual has no idea what he's talking about..

it's been hotter than usual here, and we're expecting the rest of the summer to be a scorcher, by our standards..

but don't let facts get in the way of cruiztwit's twisted narrative..

DC hit an all time record today...

and I've yet to hear any scientist say this is proof of global warming. I haven't even seen any popular press reports saying it's proof.

I've seen lots of reports where the question is raised and scientists point out this is merely weather.

AP did a story where they suggested that IN THE FUTURE, climate change would likely see more weather like this.

But no one is claiming that the hot summer here is proof. That's not the way global warming works.

But, I will be saving secondcoming's original post and quoting him this winter when he or cruzo talk about "12 inches of global warming" as proof the world is cooling.

BTW, any of you cons have any recent research papers you want to cite about "global cooling?"

"any of you cons have

any recent research papers you want to cite?"

Do you?

cruiser Posted - 7/8/2012 11:24:01 PM | show profile | flag this post

Thought not

I doubt you can spell science without looking it up.

Officials: Past 12 months warmest EVER for U.S.

http://www.cnn.com/2012/07/09/us/extreme-heat/index.html?hpt=hp_t1

Draw your own conclusions...

The mainland United States, which was largely recovering Monday from a near-nationwide heat wave, has experienced the warmest 12-month period since record-keeping began in 1895, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration said Monday.

But you don't need us to tell you how stinking HOT it's been.

I'm sure Cruzo can tell us all how he can prove there were hotter 12 month periods in the 1600's ~ he was there! ;-)

Hey, cruzo...

asked you first and you failed miserably to provide any recent research papers on "global COOLING."

Of course, I've not been able to provide any recent papers on global COOLING -- since it isn't COOLING.

Even though you tried to change the subject, the ball is still in your court.

cruster Posted - 7/9/2012 7:19:59 PM | show profile | flag this post

Global Cooling is REAL

Records from when cavemen rode dinosaurs to and from church have proven that BEYOND doubt.

Even though the "facts" say otherwise, we are clearly headed into an extended ice age.

My superior intellect has been able to discern this far beyond the abilities of mere mortals.

Thanks cruster

(as always)

But it gives me the chance to post this link again--if you've never seen it--it's a hoot. (very long, but worth saving for later)

"the ball is still in your court"

The game's over, pal, and you lost.

etaoin shrdlu Posted - 7/10/2012 8:29:15 AM | show profile | flag this post

Oh, really?

Where's the link to the paper on global COOLING, cruzo?

Our "casual readers" are waiting for you to put your money where your mouth is?

Can't deliver, can you?

Our "casual readers" didn't think so either.
