A nine-year-old's birthday cupcakes became prisoners of war when the school he attends impounded the decorative toy soldiers that adorned the treats.
Apparently the goofy principal considered them a threat.
Where is this madness going to stop???

Even though she called them "inappropriate" and not a "threat" brave cruiser's exaggeration makes this much more of an issue.
Sure the principal said she had no disrespect for the military and was simply trying to satisfy the mix of idea of the many families whose kids attend and may find the toys inappropriate.
But I think if you plug your ears and squint you could turn this into a "liberal" versus "patriot" issue.
Once again, cruiser shows no fear of being a fool.

I'm with cruise on this one
Totally absurd. And touche on the "prisoners of war" line btw, that was worth a chuckle.

Sero Tolerance is just plain nuts...
it allows someone to point to a rule or law and not have to think about its intent.

Finally! Someone is looking at
the potential long-term consequences of these kinds of ridiculous rulings. There's one person with an IQ higher than room temperature...where are the rest?
