Texas GOP Chairman: Texas a Swing State in 2016

I've said it was coming, but still can't believe it would happen this soon.
Texas GOP Chairman Steve Munisteri says if the Democrats nominate Hillary Clinton in 2016, Texas will be a "Leans Red" state at best and possibly a swing state.

the color du jour. The very concept of Texas going for a Dem in a presidential?? Not as far fetched as you would think. Look at how Obama flipped Virginia.
I still personally think that the GOP is going to do extremely well in the Midterms. I predict maybe a few seats pickup in the House, and flat in the Senate. I think we're stuck with Boehner and Reid for the foreseeable future--and that's not good for either party.
2016 is a different animal altogether. Blood on the floor.

All of Texas' Cities

Actually, con made a funny...
It was his first, and I give him props. Other than that, a bunch of garbage.

Much different set of...
But con does bring up an important point. If either of these brothers make it onto the national ticket someday, down the road -- whatcha wanna bet the GOP uses that Cuban connection to their names -- just like they tried to tie Obama's middle name to Saddam Hussein?
Again, it'll be an out of touch, generational flop on the part of the GOP -- but just watch.

The Castro Brothers
...are exceptional, and the sky's the limit. I was at San Antonio's State of the State speech just yesterday, and Julian just nailed it.
"The Castro Brothers"...like in Cuba...right? That's what you meant, con? Ha! You're a riot, con. You oughtta see if you can get on at The Daily Show.
