The Government has always paid fro secruity, traffic control etc.
Private and coporate donations have always been the norm for the "festivities part, entertainment, balls etc" It's been that way for years.
WASHINGTON (NYT)— President Obama will accept unlimited donations from corporations — but no money from lobbyists or political action committees — to finance his 2013 inaugural festivities, a spokeswoman for his inaugural committee said Friday.
The committee also said the activities surrounding Mr. Obama’s inauguration would be smaller in scope than four years ago; the White House is mindful of the state of the economy and does not want a show of opulence."
(Incidentally) "By providing the names of the donors, inauguration planners say they are doing more than the law requires. They also point out that just like in 2009, lobbyists and political action committees are not permitted to donate (Washington Times)
BUT I'm not surprised you believe everthing anything Breitbart says.

confirms what i've known for a long time..
he's being paid to do all this crap..paid to spout the tea party line.. or worse..
who else would pay him to do anything?
