This one in Pennsylvania.
"Commonwealth Court Judge Bernard McGinley said Friday that the photo identification requirement at the center of Pennsylvania’s controversial 2012 voter ID law 'unreasonably burdens the rights to vote' guaranteed by the state constitution. He ordered the commonwealth to stop enforcing the requirement."

A little background...
And it's all infuriating. remember, this is my state.
In a pre-hearing filing, Pennsylvania (which has a Republican Governor and Attorney General) stipulated that;
- There have been no investigations or prosecutions of in-person voter fraud in Pennsylvania - The state is not aware of any in-person voter fraud in Pennsylvania - The state will not offer any evidence that in-person voter fraud has occurred - The state will not offer any evidence or argument that in-person voter fraud is likely to occur in the absence of the photo ID law.
In short, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has admitted that the entire “justification” for the photo ID law does not exist.
If that's not bad enough; Pennsylvania GOP Chairman Rob Gleason publicly admitted to a reporter on camera that the voter ID law suppressed Democratic voters, thus hurting Obama and helping Mitt Romney. "We probably had a better election. Think about this, we cut Obama by 5 percent, which was big. A lot of people lost sight of that. He won, he beat McCain by ten percent, he only beat Romney by five percent. I think that probably voter ID had helped a bit in that."
If that's not bad enough; "when GOP House Leader Mike Turzai declared: Voter ID, which is gonna allow Governor Romney to win the state of Pennsylvania, done."
So, this is not a 'made-up issue'. It's a fraud the Republicans are proud of.
