What the hell is DHS doing???

Please copy and paste from my posts where I said that FEMA is creating an Army. I did not. Apparently, FactCheck.org has said that, and now I am being attributed to that statement.
Again, copy and paste directly from my posts.
The targets are FOR SHOOTING AT. They are called "No More Hesitation" targets.
Meaning, "Don't hesitate to SHOOT AT THIS TARGET."
I would post the link, since no one on this board understands the concept of fact checking; however, after the backlash from the public, the manufacturer has REMOVED them from its website.
If you google "no more hesitation" you will find plenty of websites that have screenshots of the targets.
The company has posted an APOLOGY on its own website regarding the targets (I'll post it here because I doubt anyone will bother to check the actual website. Maybe if it gets linked to Factcheck.org or snopes.com you'll think it was real). Here's the first two grafs of the apology:
We apologize for the offensive nature of our "No More Hesitation" products. These products have been taken offline due to the opinions expressed by so many, including members of the law enforcement community.
This product line was originally requested and designed by the law enforcement community to train police officers for unusually complex situations where split-second decisions could lead to unnecessary loss of life. ...
If you still believe these targets were NOT meant to be shot at, I'd love to sell you a bridge.

Could you make it the Golden Gate?
It's one of my favorites. I'll even leave it in place and just collect the tolls.
Targets on tactile gun ranges are used to train how to quickly identify threats and non-threats. Go watch "Men in Black" .

beentherre..the targets are meant to be NOT shot at..
many years ago, i went through the local police department's SWAT academy for a series..
we spent a good amount of time in the "shoot" houses..
those paper targets popped up along with many others of people who SHOULD be shot..
you got severely chastised if you accidentally shot one of the don't shoot targets..
but then, i suspect you know this..why you refuse to acknowledge it is beyond me..

The idea of "No More Hesitation"...
applies to the fact that a lawman doesn't hesitate in making a decision to shoot or NOT to shoot.
These targets have been used since the 30s.
Care to fill us in on how we never landed on the moon while you're at it?
