Where's the $5 a gallon gasoline?

The right wingers on here were telling us just a few weeks ago that gas would hit $5 a gallon all across the country.
They were outraged, outraged I tell you, that the "lamestream" media was ignoring it -- even though CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, NBC, the New York Times, Washington Post and every other news outlet in the country was covering the daylights out of it!
And they wanted Obama blamed for the rise in gas prices.
Now that gasoline has topped out and are coming down, where is FOX News' coverage? Why aren't they leading every newscast with the fact that gas prices are coming down? Why aren't they crediting Obama with lowering gas prices?
Just asking.

Because Obama controls gasoline prices only when they go up, not when they go down. Everybody knows that.

Not a few weeks ago.
In February.
And gas did hit $5 a gallon in some areas.
But it is coming down. And I'm surprised CNN hasn't been covering it. But you they will.
BTW, you need to write Mark Halprin and tell him how stupid he is for not understanding the polls like you. :)

Whoa...
you said $5.00 gasoline.
That implies at least an average price.
We never got there.
Now, why isn't Drudge and FAUX talking about the prices falling?
It's almost like they're biased or something.

As I recall on January 19, 2009, a gallon of gasoline at my local mom and pop station was 50 cents!
Now, under Obama, gas is $5.00+.
This is clearly true, even if there is no evidence at all.
