Where's the media outrage?

Mpdodgson, this thread was about "media outrage"
Granted it jumped into another shutdown smack down but the original topic was a call for the media to be "outraged" over the administration's control over the effects of the shutdown. My point was that if anyone in the media should be outraged over anything it is the fact the current administration has surpassed the Nixon administration is controlling the press. Somehow that kind of thing does not seem to bother many people here. That strikes me as surprising since this is a forum for media professionals.

" There's NOTHING you can explain to me"
How true cruiser!
As you have shown us many times, you can absorb no new information or opinions. Nothing can be explained for your brain is full.
So new events, changes in opinion or new information that changes the view on previously believed facts are wasted on you.
23 skidoo! You shall be forever in the past.

blackedtaped, Obama/Nixon comparisons are valid.
Journalist and people in the media are outraged at the behavior of this administration. 85% of us voted for him.
Disappointment ? Frustration ? You betcha. We just can't write about it. Fear of being labeled racist, anti-obama or anti-liberal will limit your career choices and advancement.
blacktaped, know the code.
Liberal first. Journalist second. American third.

No Outrage = Support for Obama
Even though journalists are taught to strive for objectivity. When they achieve that one side or another can use that to their advantage!
This is a handy tool to accuse people of bias. "Where's the outrage?! Shouldn't you be upset? I'm upset, why aren't you?"
Ultimately it's an empty and pointless question meant to double as an accusation of bias and one that newscred will bring up again in about 2 weeks. It makes it appear as though he is thoughtful and caring when in fact he is engaging in the futile gesture of appearing to force the MSM to prove a negative. As if anyone pays attention.
And where is the outrage over that?!!!!
