Description: - Responsible for day to day management of membership affinity club. - Manage all direct customer acquisition and retention, benefits acquisition, marketing analysis, and budgets/monthly expense close. - Develop and manage all direct mail campaigns, email campaigns (acquire members & monthly benefit reminders), telemarketing and other new ways to acquire and retain members. - Oversee member based website. - Evaluate new benefit providers and best in class offers. - Negotiate with outside vendors regularly and retains benefit providers with exclusive discounts for club members. - Works with publishers and editors to help cross promote the clubs and magazines. - Manage 1 direct report. - Perform other job related duties.

Qualifications: - Minimum of 1-2 years marketing experience, 1 year consumer marketing experience preferred. - Direct Mail planning and execution a plus. - Project management and product development skills - Team player. - Ability to juggle several tasks at once. - Work under deadlines. - Pro-active thinker. - Focus on details without losing sight of big picture. - A self-starter with the proven ability to manage a project from beginning to end. - Excel and MSWord proficiency required. - PowerPoint a plus. - Website/internet and/or brand management experience a plus.
