Job Requirements POSITION OVERVIEW:
The B2B Marketing Communications Coordinator role requires 1-2 years of experience in a technology PR or marketing capacity. Your primary responsibilities include content creation (blog posts, Social Media, video), blogger and publication outreach. You will work with other marketing team members, helping to increase Logicworks’ brand presence across multiple social and publication platforms. A strong academic and experiential background in marketing, communication, journalism, public relations or related areas often provide useful skills that will allow your best succeed in this role. As a member of the Marketing team, you will work cross-functionally with Sales, Client Services, and Operations, as well as with Logicworks overall leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your responsibilities will range from managing social platforms and listening tools, to engaging prospects and bloggers through content creation and publicizing, to press engagement through press release drafting and pushing. Integral to this position is a strong foundational understanding of the cloud, IT or technology industries. You must be comfortable supporting several projects with multiple deadlines simultaneously. Further, the Marketing Communication Coordinator will serve in a support capacity for executive staff, including such other duties as copy projects, meeting coordination and production calendar development.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university. Focus in business, marketing, advertising or communications strongly preferred
• At least 1-2 years of full-time experience working in a Social Media, PR, marketing or advertising capacity. B2B experience strongly preferred
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Knowledge of traditional marketing disciplines as well as new trends in marketing, especially social media and digital marketing
• Social Media savvy; is active participant within social media and has a strong sense of how to engage online
• Able to develop and maintain media contacts
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively
• Ability to solve problems creatively; take initiative to achieve results; meet short deadlines; and maintain a positive attitude
• Must have excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
• Manage the coordination and implementation of effective public relations efforts
• Experience with HootSuite, SproutSocial and Google Analytics is preferred
