Job Requirements At Draftfcb the Account Executive is the omniscient leader. We are looking for someone to be the source of all information including all projects and timelines. Generating ideas that are both creative and profitable. Managing and coordinating all day-to-day agency efforts on behalf of a client’s products or services that belong to specific accounts. We are looking for a juggler who has a million balls in the air, but can still pause long enough to tell you the time.

Responsibilities:
the position:

•Participates in the development of relevant marketing strategies
•Acts as a day-to-day resource for clients on program management
•Reviews creative execution to ensure creative product remains on-strategy and adheres to client identity/corporate guidelines
•Helps sell the creative product
•Accountable for quality control on all assignments
•Keeps in-depth insights of the client’s business, specific product/service and competition top-of-mind and makes adjustments accordingly during campaigns
Qualifications:

•Customer Relationship Marketing strategy and execution through-the-line experience a plus (acquisition and retention)
•Strong relationship-builder who will thrive at an on-site client location 3-4 days per week
•Spanish-speaking skills a plus
•Lives for fast-paced environments
•Thrives on the responsibility and excitement of multi-tasking
•Is a pleaser without being a push-over
•Strong attention to detail
•Organized and strategic thinker
•Both online and offline experience preferred
•Knowledge of marketing measurement/analytics
•Bachelor’s degree
•2-4 years of relevant industry experience
