Job Requirements An Account Service Manager’s goal is to combine data analysis and client feedback to optimize complex CPM and CPC campaigns to meet client objectives, and Jumptap’s revenue goals. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with cross-functional areas within the organization such as sales, marketing, inventory management, production, and various technical teams and ensure that advertising customers have comprehensive support and service after close of sale. Strong customer service skills, proficiency with Excel, excellent presentation skills and the ability to execute campaigns successfully for a large book of performance & brand accounts are essential for the position.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with client/agencies on campaign launch
• Up-selling/cross-selling existing client/agencies into Jumptap mobile marketing solutions
• Engaging in project management duties to launch all components of an Insertion Order, both on and off network through our partners
• Manage & own a full book of performance & brand oriented business from launch through renewal
• Leverage strong analytical skills and client/agencies feedback to ensure campaigns meet stated marketing goals
• Work with other internal Jumptap teams to identify and ensure client delivery expectations exceeded

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3-5 years of Account Management or other related experience in online or mobile media
• Ad server knowledge/experience preferred
• Self-starter; results driven individual with great attention to detail
• Innovative problem solver in a changing environment and possessing the ability to multi-task
• BS/BA or equivalent is desired
• Familiarity with online media concepts
• Strong business acumen and professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
