The Account Executive will be responsible for both (1) the acquisition of new publisher relationships; and (2) growing and maintaining existing publisher relationships across all Advertising.com delivery channels.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

•Attract and retain high performing publishers

•Serve as expert in the industry for customer base

•Successfully negotiate contract terms with publisher partners.

•Perform other job-related activities and duties as requested.

Skills:

•Ability to produce results and fulfill stated goals.

•Understand the needs of customers, and develop solutions that meet customer’s needs

•Demonstrate strong negotiation skills

•Excellent interpersonal skills

•Establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers and employees, along with working with external clients/ customers.

•Demonstrate strong communication (both verbal and written), and customer service skills, and exchange information with others clearly and concisely.

•Respond to frequent demands of multiple customers (internal and external).

•Work effectively as part of a work team.

•Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Education/Experience:

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

•2-5 years experience in recruiting and/or sales

•Or relevant combination of education and experience.
