Job Requirements You presently work with a variety of tools to deliver polished work across a range of mediums. You are as passionate about design, copy and production as we are about food, wine and education. You are a hard worker, eager to contribute to an enterprise-level marketing mix with the ability to understand, develop and communicate a marketing message, not just produce graphics or take pictures. You have excellent project management skills, are detail oriented, outgoing, have the stamina for hard work and a drive for success. You excel in a goal oriented, team environment, have a strong interest in the world of food, and an appreciation for education.

Principal Responsibilities:
• Take the new brand guidelines and visual system and execute them across all online properties in the marketing mix, such as the school’s website, social media, online ads, email marketing, etc.
• Serve as webmaster for all of ICE’s web properties.
• Gatekeeper of marketing’s new still photo library and digital asset library.
• Regular contributor to ICE content such as blog, social media and on the website.
• Ability to shoot, edit and publish video content on ICE’s website.

Skills & Qualifications
• 3+ years design experience in both graphics and web with demonstrated success (in-house design experience preferred).
• Degree in a related field.
• Expert knowledge of InDesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator, and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of Final Cut, AfterEffects or similar video editing program.
• Demonstrated use of working within established visual guidelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet the demands of a fast paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple active projects.
• Sense of humor a strong plus.

The Art Director is a newly created, full-time position, reporting to the company’s Director of Marketing, with a direct line of communication to the CMO and CEO. You will join ICE at an exciting time in our 36-year history: we are mid-production on a national rebrand by a top branding firm. The Art Director has the ability to think conceptually about ICE’s brand experience, then the skills to bring it to life. It’s not just about creating an image, body copy or producing a piece, rather, about fostering our new visual system so that brand has a unified look and feel. You’ll stay true to ICE’s new brand architecture but enjoy a creative license that it affords.
