Job Requirements Haymarket Media Inc, a global media company, is seeking a program manager position to support our growing ad operations team. The candidate will be highly detail oriented, comfortable in a customer-facing role, and experienced at working to tight deadlines.

This role is perfect for traffickers looking to take the next step at account and campaign management and workign directly with sales reps and the web product development team to build new initiatives and support existing campaigns.

The Campaign Manager reports to the Digital Operations Manager for all online advertising operations program management.

Online Overview

- Effectively manage campaign life cycle including working with sales to confirm insertion orders, inventory requests with ad trafficking team, creative support and reporting of advertising campaigns across assigned properties.

- Provide sales and management inventory statuses by site or mobile apps to senior management

- Communicate deadlines and specs to advertisers

- Track and confirm all insertion orders online advertising using Quickbase system to set deadlines, impressions, priorities etc with the ad ops traffic manager.

- Corresponds and meets with sales and members of sales teams to provide a consistent level of service that exceeds their expectations

- Work with Ad Ops Traffic Manager to monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure full delivery and maximize creative performance

- Receives creative for paid, house & barter ad files, as well as generate, proofs and complete all creative

- Maintain an understanding of industry trends and research industry related media.


Qualifications:

- Ability to work in a fast paced fun environment, to set and meet deadlines and work independently;

- Should know DoubleClick for Publishers, some basic HTML preferred

- Ad Operations experience a MUST!

- Ability to learn and use content management system;

- Good time management, multi-tasking and prioritization skills

- Good customer service skills, Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

- 2-3 years media/production experience preferred.
