• Review cell knowledge flows and other practice materials, and author submissions, to identify distinctive messages and potential for high-quality communications
• Collaborate with cells to develop publishing programs that meaningfully advance cells’ clientele-development and reach & relevance objectives
• Lead editorial programs and publications, deploying solid judgment about content positioning to advance cell and Firm objectives
• Work with authors to develop persuasive storylines, write compelling drafts, discuss and develop changes, and see projects through to completion, ensuring that projects make a material contribution to the cell’s objectives, and provide an inspirational experience for authors
• Develop an active professional network of colleagues; draw on this network to advance the goals of GES and its clients

• Advanced degree preferred, undergraduate degree required
• At least 5 years of experience in a communications-related field; professional services experience strongly desired
• A deep understanding of global business trends and detailed knowledge of one or more industries. Ability to challenge authors’ content based on industry knowledge.
• Outstanding writing, editing, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to synthesize research into a persuasive argument
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Creativity; self-motivation
