Job Purpose: RadiumOne is seeking a passionate, detail-oriented associate to join our marketing and optimization team with the responsibility of assisting the Affiliate Marketing Manager in finding, negotiating deals, and posting offers - Must be willing to learn quickly in a fun, collaborative environment. Must be analytic and know how to use Excel.
Job Description
Duties:
- Assisting the Affiliate Manager with day-to-day tasks.
- Using Excel to analyze campaign progress
- Troubleshooting tech and misc. issues
- Working with advertisers to get the right ad to the right person at the right time.
- Handling day-to-day activities of billing, invoicing and tracking campaign performance.
- Prospecting and closing new business on a global scale.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Writing proficiency a must
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple partnerships at once
- Organizational skills
- Proficient knowledge of Excel
- Ability to multi-task is a must
- Passion for working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Local to SF Bay Area
Education and/or Experience:
- College graduate
