Job Requirements G100 Network seeks a Content Manager to support the content platform. This role is focused on curating external content, capturing content developed through G100 Network programs, and developing original content through our network of senior advisors to develop our agendas, retain members, and recruit prospects. This position reports to the Vice President of Marketing and will be located in either our Manhattan, NY or Aspen, Colorado office. Responsibilities for the role include:

• Managing the execution of annual content strategies for the G100 Network and each learning community (G100, G100 Europe, G100 Talent Academy, and G100 Next Generation Leadership) in support of:
o program development – researching potential topics and speakers for G100 Network programs
o content development – compiling and developing products for regular member outreach including monthly newsletters, pre-meeting materials, post-meeting summaries, and original content
o member and prospect recruitment – researching prospects through interviews and profiles
o original content –manage the development and publication of original content as scheduled and in collaboration with Network senior advisors
• Track and analyze the success of content campaigns across learning communities
• Contribute to, leverage, and maintain member content library on G100 Network website, and maintenance of online content and speaker database

Job requirements include:
• 3-4 years of professional experience
• Bachelor’s degree (required) in English, Communications or Business preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in teams
• Excellent analytical skills required to effectively curate content
• High level of initiative and responsibility with a dedication to quality and attention to detail
• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written, required
• PowerPoint and Excel skills required
• Working knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred
