| Job Requirements |
Duties Include: - Lead recruiting and hiring for employees and contractors - Manage new hire on-boarding and set-up - Monitor and manage operating cash flow including AR and AP - Produce weekly KPI reporting for management team - Manage vendor relationships including contracts - Manage payroll, including state/federal tax payments and benefits administration, team of 20 employees - Project management and ad hoc analyses as needed - Report directly to the CEO
Requirements: - Highly organized and analytical - Experience in digital media required - Financial accounting experience preferred - Quantitative undergraduate degree or professional work experience in a related role
