PIE Advertising is looking for a talented social media/community manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is active on various social networks including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and a blog network such as Tumblr. Top notch writing and communication skills are a must for this position. Some weekend work may be required. The manager will be responsible for actively engaging customers and influencers within their respective social media channel. Additional responsibilities will include: • Day-to-day management and development of content on social media platforms, including tweets, posts, multimedia messages, and discussions. • Interacting with online communities and users across all platforms, addressing potential issues, participating in discussions according to brand standards • Use social media monitoring tools (i.e. Sprout, Hootsuite) to monitor activities, schedule posts, and develop strategy • Create detailed reports based on findings and analytical projections At least one year of experience in a social media or community management is required.
