| Job Requirements |
As Web Producer, you will report to the Managing Editor and support them in the daily production queue while meeting strict deadlines. You will have the opportunity to:
• Upload and maintain web content through Drupal CMS
• Own and refine a streamlined process for coordinating upload
• Act as a project manager for multiple departments
• Check site daily and provide quality assurance
• Implement SEO best practices and optimize web traffic
• Create and implement publishing style guidelines
• Manage an offshore team to update and publish content as needed
• Assist in all content and eCommerce marketing initiatives: Including Google AdWords, Display Ads, Affiliate Marketing and Retargeting Campaigns
• Provide expertise in the content management system; coordinate and provide training to content owners
Required Skills
• Minimum 4 years of prior experience in web production environment or CMS management
• Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-departmental team
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office with advanced knowledge of Excel required
• Excellent analytical and prioritization skills, including the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop recommendations
• Knowledge of HTML required - Photoshop, Dreamweaver and other web development tools a plus
• Editing and copy editing experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Great work ethic with insatiable appetite for learning and knowledge growth
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
• Strong team orientation, with the desire to grow with the company
