TabbFORUM is currently seeking to add a media sales executive to its team to drive sales and build relationships within the institutional capital markets sector.

Overview:
In the Business Development Executive position, your core responsibility will be to identify, target and build relationships within the Capital Markets space. Your goal will be to sell prospective clients on TabbFORUM offerings and look for ways to develop long-term partnerships. TabbFORUM is the premier community for institutional capital markets thought-leadership. Our distribution capabilities are targeted to an influential (and growing) audience of senior executives, traders at buy-side and sell-side institutions, global regulators, exchange and market center officials, as well as thousands of journalists and market commentators.

We are looking for an energetic, motivated, organized and experienced media sales executive with at least 5 years of online media sales experience.

Responsibilities
• Evaluate, manage and grow new and existing strategic business opportunities and partnerships
• Drive company offerings deep within existing customer base via face-to-face meetings, telephone & e-mail contacts and other methodologies.
• Create & present integrated proposals incorporating TabbFORUM ad units, webinars and live events
• Work with prospective clients and the TabbFORUM team to develop new products and proposals for implementation
• Network within the capital markets community
• Attend TabbFORUM events to ensure sponsor’s participation and satisfaction
• Attend competitive events to identify and meet with key prospects
• Develop industry expertise of the markets by recognizing and responding to trends, changes, innovations and overall market conditions
• Obtain market feedback and tailor sales strategies to ensure sales success

Qualifications
• This candidate MUST have at least 5+ years of online media sales experience
• Knowledge of Financial Services Markets space is preferred
• Outstanding business writing skills, including the ability to communicate concepts in PowerPoint
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Entrepreneurial spirit; professional and business-savvy demeanor
• Ability to draw conclusions and insights from large quantities of data
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to build a network and create constructive partnerships across the team, organization and with external partners.
• Ability and willingness to travel
