Core Competencies include:
Experience working in a fast-paced but thoughtful environment with photo editors, content editors / producers
Thorough understanding of all types of travel/news/finance content and the ability to deliver high-quality programming that engages users on a daily basis.
Proven ability to manage high volume of content and maintain highest editorial standards
Key responsibilities include
Determine the best mix of content and work with team to identify content providers and devise content solutions while taking into account business priorities and determining the best way to achieve strong business results
Develop and implement editorial programming on daily basis
Develop and maintain editorial calendar that works fluidly with content from a variety partners
Define and implement quality standards across a range of content
Work closely with Content PM to enhance publishing tools
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of editorial experience at consumer Web sites, with emphasis on travel / destination information and partner content.
Ability to successfully work across boundaries towards shared objectives; results-oriented; passion around immersive content experiences;
3+ years’ experience with online publishing tools and content management systems.
Degree in journalism, communications or related discipline preferred. |
