Sr. Manager, Strategy and Integrated Account Management, Disney Interactive
Based in New York, this Integrated Program Manager will support the execution of select integrated digital marketing campaigns. Campaigns that require Integrated Marketing oversight may vary from cross-platform promotions with television, radio, print and local activation to digital branded entertainment video series and custom blogger programs. This position will play a crucial role by supporting the internal and external cohesiveness during campaign development phases and providing the necessary communication to ensure successful execution.
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Strategy and Integrated Account Management, this position provides national coverage and will work closely with Sales, Ad Operations, Promotions, Product Editorial, Production & Marketing Teams, Cross-Platform Integrated Marketing and Legal.
This position will work closely with the mom blog community to engage and manage their participation in the various sponsored campaigns, videos and other programs we engage them on in order to fulfill advertiser demand
Job Responsibilities / Specific Duties
Internal Project Mgmt & Deliverables
Work closely with Edit, Design, Product and Tech to implement large custom programs
Develop documents of all marketing promotional elements to be executed, comprehensive timelines and production schedules.
Develop post-mortems, case studies and campaign summary materials
Works with Ad Ops and other reporting teams to monitor and optimize media performance
Review timelines and key deadlines for internal stakeholders include:
- Video production
- Digital Production
- Editorial Promotion
- Marketing Support ie. SEM, Newsletters, Syndication, Social Media, Research etc.
Surfaces scope changes or execution issues as they arise
Confirms proper approvals are followed ie. legal, brand, S&P, production, etc.
Builds relationships with cross functional teams and understand each teams individual processes and job requirements
Coordinate client communication and keep minutes as needed in regards to execution details and process
Develop and route Disney Interactive timelines for approval or directly to clients and agencies
o Minimum of 5+ years marketing/promotional or project management experience, with 3+ years in a Digital setting preferred
o Proven knowledge of social media landscape, digital marketing, and integrated digital campaigns
o Ability to handle assignments that often require the application of independent judgment
o Ability to work under tight deadlines and with a sense of urgency
o Strong respect for a team environment
o Effective problem resolution skills with proven ability to remove roadblocks
o Ability to interact with internal and external peers and managers to exchange complex information
o Proven relationship building skills
o Experience working with nation-wide clients and managing a team or cross-functional teams
o Proven skills in problem-solving, follow-through, attention to detail, and priority setting
o Resourceful and responsive to change
o Managerial skills required (managing projects)
Specific Skills Required
o Knowledge of top mom bloggers and the mom blogging community
o Excellent computer skills Highly proficient with MS Powerpoint, Key Note, Word, and Excel
o Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills
o Highly organized and detail oriented
o Proven analytical, quantitative and financial analysis skills
o Proven ability to adhere to a project plan to ensure that client commitments are delivered accurately, on time, and within budget
o Photoshop a plus
o Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple projects
