Job Requirements Extreme Reach is expanding its rapidly growing sales team and seeking a technology sales professional with an outstanding track record and a passion for helping to grow our emerging online video platform sales. In this role, the Sales Manager will be responsible for driving adoption and revenue growth of our video ad serving platform by identifying, targeting and developing agency and advertiser relationships. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic team player with exceptional communication skills, strong ability to cultivate client relationships and a passion to drive growth by educating clients on the benefits of ER’s technology platform.

Job Responsibilities

• The Sales manager will evangelize Extreme Reach’s online video ad platform to the advertiser and agency community.
• Aggressively achieve individual sales goals through demonstration of the value of ERs video advertising platform.
• Develop account strategy and revenue forecast for assigned agency and advertiser accounts.
• Plan, prepare and execute sales meetings with current clients and prospects.
• Engage decision makers at all levels.
• Identify and develop a strong understanding of client's core objectives and challenges.


Skills & Qualifications

• An intimate understanding of the online video advertising industry combined with strategic thinking and "hands-on" execution. Knowledge and/or experience in ad serving or other interactive advertising technology systems a plus.
• A minimum of 2+ years’ experience selling digital media technology platforms along with a demonstrated track record of achievement within a value oriented sales solution.
• Superior skills in all facets of the sales cycle including prospecting, negotiating, value based/consultative selling and relationship building.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology, priorities and business requirements.
• Driven, competitive self-starter capable of thriving in a fast-paced, innovative, agile environments.
• Ability to develop a pipeline of clients from scratch and be highly organized.
• The Sales Manager will evangelize the new buy side video ad platform marketplace to the advertiser and agency community driving agency adoption with the decision makers.
• History of strong, relationship-based strategic selling and rapport-building with clients.
• Impeccable honesty, integrity, and ethics.
