FIRST magazine seeks an assistant editor to provide support for senior editors in one or more beat areas. Responsibilities include researching, reporting and writing articles, as well as assisting with minor organizational and administrative duties if needed.
Skills & Experience: Two years of experience in professional writing and/or editing, preferably at a national consumer magazine; strong research, communication and organizational skills; an ability to work well on a team and under tight deadlines; and a passion for delivering fresh information that helps women live healthier, happier lives.
Education: Bachelor’s degree |
