Job Requirements We are currently seeking a Graphic Designer to join our Capital Markets team located in Bethesda, MD. This is an ideal position for someone looking to join the region’s top multifamily team and substantiate their graphic design career. Candidates must have knowledge of print and digital graphic design. Real estate background is a plus.

• Design, develop and update Jones Lang LaSalle’s Mid-Atlantic Multifamily team’s marketing materials including brochures, offering memoranda, presentation materials, event invitations, email direct marketing campaigns, display boards, property marketing websites and team websites.
• Select and manage photography and printing vendors to provide lowest-cost results at highest quality and on time.
• Maintain visual consistency and professional “look” for all customer-facing materials across all media, adhering to Jones Lang LaSalle brand standards.
• Active liaison with national Capital Markets and Mid-Atlantic marketing teams

• BA/BS, arts-related degree
• Minimum 2-5 years of professional experience in print and digital design/graphic arts
• Strong creative vision and visual arts skills with an established portfolio of business to business print and digital marketing collateral
• Proficiency with PC design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash) and Microsoft Office product knowledge – PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel
• Ability to work independently and under deadline pressure on several projects simultaneously
• Ability to study industry trends in visual communications and develop creative, innovative ideas to meet Jones Lang LaSalle’s aggressive new business and deal completion goals
• Team-oriented attitude and ability to contribute to design- and functionality-related marketing decisions
• Ability to review, edit, write and format flawless marketing materials
• Flexibility to work last minute overtime as needed
