Job Requirements Roles & Responsibilities:

Work with agency and brand to execute the social and broader digital communication strategy; “Voice”, Point of View, and Customer Service position online.
Manage social media team on daily social content publishing, monitoring, crisis mitigation and response, and community management
Work across disciplines and external company partners to execute on social program and project initiatives
Manage blog scheduling, posting and content creation, including writing, asset accrual, and management
Measure and report on the results of social programs and adjust strategy to maximize performance and results
Support management of projects for on-time and on-budget completion
Identify opportunities for innovation and/or new social efforts/extensions that meet company and customer goals
Educate company on social media best practices and new technologies
Navigate and excel in social marketing through innovative ideation, strategy development, flawless execution and thoughtful measurement


BA/BS in marketing, advertising, or communications strongly preferred
2-3 years digital marketing experience
Experience managing social media marketing and digital programs, including but not limited to: monitoring, community management, content development, social application development, social advertising, social customer relationship management, influencer outreach, PR, and direct marketing
Deep understanding of social platforms and technology, how they are evolving, and how users interact with them
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ideal candidate will have experience in retail, preferably with women’s wear
Forward-thinking and highly collaborative with balance of analytical and creative thinking
Ability to succeed in fast-paced environment

Working closely with internal teams and third party partners against a content strategy, this individual would reinforce the retail efforts both online and offline, strengthen customer service, drive blog posting and content development, and foster social dialog that is both on-brand and drives strategic goals.
