Responsibilities: Manage a rapidly growing annual paid search marketing budget with focus on patient lead generation for physician clients Oversee a team of individuals in the India office to assist with campaign creation, launch and optimization Oversee creation of landing sites and help drive content strategy Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns Act as Liaison with Engine and Vendor reps and manage relationship for EH with these contacts Develop, manage, and coordinate campaign strategies Facilitate and manage forecasting, budgeting/pacing, campaign creation and optimization o Create and distribute regular reporting on all paid search metrics, including pacing, costs, volume, placement, keywords, and copy testing Work with Account team to set specific campaign ROI/budget goals and communicate to execution teams to ensure campaign work is built on time and on strategy Formulate and implement bidding strategies to meet ROI goals and then implement those strategies Analyze ongoing results to identify campaign trends and key insights to help meet and exceed client goals Continuously recommend ideas/strategies/tactics and formulate campaign optimization plans with the project team Direct the creation of ad copy for use in copy testing Work cross functionally with the Management, Content, Design, Web Development, and Technology teams to optimize for Organic Search: template design, page construction, meta tag placement, keyword density, link architecture and structure, page naming conventions, content, SEO copywriting effectiveness, and overall spider friendliness of the Waterfront Media network of sites Employ quality assurance principles to ensure campaigns are launched and operating as planned Stay abreast of new tools, trends, and best practices in the search industr
Qualifications A minimum of 3 years managing SEM campaigns on Google, Yahoo and Bing Experience with Google Analytics and 3rd party bid management tools a must Experience in developing, implementing, and managing SEO operations a plus Ability to collaborate as a team as well as to work independently Ability to perform in-depth analyses using core marketing metrics and implement changes to improve campaign performance High attention to detail Strong analytical skills and business acumen Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task while meeting tight deadlines Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills Solid project management skills and cross functional coordination experience Bachelors degree required Google AdWords Certified a plus Experience with Kenshoo Local or Kenshoo a plus Advanced to expert excel skills Knowledge of HTML a plus
