Job Requirements •Bachelor’s degree in related field such as Marketing, Design, Advertising, English or Journalism
•Minimum of 7 years of experience managing a creative staff and developing strategically sound brand identities
•Previous experience developing both visual and verbal creative in a strategic or marketing setting
•Previous experience in developing creative/style guides to support licensing programs
•Previous experience supporting the creative development of TV advertising campaigns
•Knowledge of photography art direction, photo shoot production and studio management
•Previous experience working with a premium and/or children’s brand preferred

This newly created position will be responsible for leading internal teams and external creative partners in the development of brand identities and strategic brand campaigns that support the overall vision of our sub brands and key product launches; meet business objectives; and achieve financial goals and high standards of excellence in creative presentation.

Through the development of sub brand, product launch, and licensing style guides; and through strong partnership with Marketing Communications, Content Development , Product development and Integrated Graphic Services the Sr. Creative Manager - Brand develops the creative assets that define our brands and are leveraged across all marketing, merchandising, advertising, content, product, photography, license programs and partnerships.

The Senior Creative Manager, Brand is also responsible for the oversight of the photography team activities, in-house studio operations and budget management.

The Sr. Creative Manager - Brand is responsible for maintaining a smooth creative work process; developing strategically sound creative plans and positioning that are integrated visually/verbally; developing a strong client services orientation; setting and controlling costs; and mentoring direct and indirect staff.
