Job Requirements ALM is seeking a Marketing Manager to help develop and execute the marketing plans and for our Large Law Firm Segment. The ideal candidate has the product marketing background, with organizational skills required for executing the tactical as well as having the marketing sensibility and experience to envision and articulate the strategic brand direction for multiple products. The successful candidate must be team oriented and able to work with diverse groups of people.

• Assist in the development of marketing plans which must include brand objectives, strategy, clear metrics, tracking, promotional calendar and budget.
• A solid understanding of the fundamentals of customer segmentation.
• Development of sales support materials such as Power Point sales presentations sell sheets, direct mail, and email blasts for print, online and in person products. Ability to use research data to tell a compelling sales story required.
• Management of all tactical execution of a marketing plan including online and offline ad development, development of creative brief ,the creation and management of insertion orders, tracking of leads, etc. Lead the timely development of online and offline media kits for sales.
• Assist with determining lead generation strategy and process.
• Responsible for the integrating customer insights into marketing messaging.
• Aid in the development of Marketing/sales solutions for clients.

• 2+ years of marketing experience required. Experience in legal marketing, publishing, BtoB media, professional services, or digital marketing a plus
• Must be a college graduate.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience with Email platforms, databases, social media platforms, CRM systems, online survey tools, and CMS systems is a plus.
• Understanding of social media platforms is a plus.
• Experience with platforms like Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Omniture, Web Trends, etc. is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with budgets and P&L’s.
• Poised, results-driven, flexible professional with a passion for marketing.
• Creative, solution-oriented, self starter who works equally effectively as a leader or team member.
• Able to think strategically and expertly execute the tactical.
• Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated tact and diplomacy and the ability to communicate effectively up, down and laterally within the organization. Customer service orientation required with all internal and external clients.
• Can establish clear priorities, meet deadlines and budgets and remain laser focused on the goal in an environment of change.
• Positive, can-do attitude combined with flexibility is a winning combination for this role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, think on your feet and operate in a fast pace environment.
