Developing and managing timelines and client trafficking process with internal/ external clients
Monitor projects to optimize performance and deliver weekly reporting to clients
Ensuring projects are effective and meet or exceed industry guidelines and best practices
Providing client support, such as educating on standards, specs and performance
Closing out projects in a timely fashion including
o Organize job folder
o Archive assets
Requirements
3 years project/account management in an agency environment
Desired but not required
3 years experience in the Information Technology industry
3 years experience in a direct marketing focused agency (vs advertising agency)
