Job Requirements The Role

- Sales & Client relations focus with both personal and team targets
- Consult clients on PR, Marketing and Social Media strategies
- Actively engaging the customer to increase the perceived value of their subscription
- Increase revenue by negotiating contract renewals for long-term subscriptions while developing up-sale and cross-sale opportunities.
- Opportunity to consult with clients in various industries, including but not limited to PR/Marketing Agencies, Technology, Entertainment, Fashion, Engineering/Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical/Medical, etc.
- Very autonomous role as you will be the main point of contact for a large number of existing Meltwater clients
- Represent Meltwater at client meetings on a regular basis
- Proactively engage with colleagues across the region and share knowledge with Client Relations colleagues in other offices.

Desired Skills & Experience

- University degree (any discipline)
- Exceptional communication & relationship building skills
- Extremely self-motivated & organized with the ability to multitask & prioritize
- Firm knowledge and understanding of business operations
- Excellent level of proficiency in written & spoken English
