Job Requirements Key Responsibilities:

• Repurpose content into free & premium reports to drive membership & leads
• Execute secondary research to compile industry reports for lead generation
• Generate content for content marketing efforts
• Support conference content production for online use: shoot & edit videos, record and edit interviews, post content online, author short reports, design PDFs for content packaging
• Work with marketing to make best use of online content trends data to inform communication strategy
• Support SEO efforts of product teams, build landing pages for keyword strategies
• Master the content management system to order to load content, create pages, link accordingly and navigate seamlessly
• Manage all ecommerce: load products, manage inventory, prepare reports
• Asses social media platforms and tools (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Flickr,) and experiment with new and alternative ways to leverage social media activities
• Ensure that all aspects of online presence remains up-to-date, functional, and consistent with style; maintain sitemaps

Skills required:

• Broad knowledge of content marketing concepts and strategies
• Experience editing Web content: writing for the Web, video and audio editing and digital imagery
• Strong writing skills in a variety of mediums—online content, reports, interviews, etc.
• Able to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable information
• Knowledge of design and web tools in Adobe, Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver (or similar software)
• Strong knowledge and experience of online content standards, technologies, and tools (HTML, XHTML, CSS, Content Management Systems)
• Basic knowledge of online development languages (JavaScript, WAP) and web streaming

Additional skills:

• Able to establish priorities and perform multiple tasks simultaneously and on deadline
• Self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently
• Strong organizational and analytics skills
• Ability to learn and master a variety of technology tools
• Graphic design background a plus

The online news and information communities generate more than 150,000 monthly unique visitors. The sites are exclusively B2B with a primary focus for content creators globally in film, television, documentary, short form and Internet video content.

The role of the Digital Content Coordinator is to enhance and expand the online presence of digital products as well as support efforts in content marketing. Ability to create content— to write, research, repurpose, interview, shoot/edit videos, create interactive media – as well as the ability to easily navigate social media tools and platforms - are essential skills for this position. The Coordinator will work closely with the Online Editor for the data analysts of Customer Insights & Analytics and the product teams.
