• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree
• Superior written, verbal and visual communication skills
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Social Media skills
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) A MUST.

About Our Company Gwynne Pugh Urban Studio, Inc. seeks an experienced, self-motivated, part-time Marketing Coordinator to work in our Santa Monica office. Gwynne Pugh Urban Studio (GP-US) from world-renowned architect and engineer Gwynne Pugh. Gwynne Pugh Urban Studio prides itself on its flexible range of skills and abilities including designing cutting edge architecture appropriate to its context, working with communities and creating a strong urban design presence. The firm is committed to exploring and improving the urban experience through architecture, design and planning.

Your tasks will be varied and evolve based upon the needs of the office. General expectations are outlined below.

Marketing Responsibilities
• Prepare RFQ/RFP submittals and presentations, including coordination with outside firms
• Prepare award submittals and lecture presentations
• Develop and manage marketing collateral including press releases, brochures, and newsletters
• Creating new and updated proposal and brochure content for both digital and printed submissions to support business development
• Initiate and develop contact with potential clients or sub consultants
• Research relevant project issues to enhance design strategies
• Writing and graphic organization of proposal responses, letters and brochures
• Review and proofreading of content prior to publication
• Development and maintenance of website and marketing files
• Participation in the continual improvement of marketing materials including creation, update, and maintenance of staff resumes and project descriptions
• Weekly update of marketing activity/to-do list
• Organization of conferences

Administrative Responsibilities
• Answer phone and distribute phone messages
• Assist with filing and organizing
• Order office supplies and maintain office as needed
