Our growing education department is seeking an assistant in our Manhattan office. This is a perfect role for an entry-level candidate who is seeking a dynamic, creative work environment.
The successful candidate must possess:
• Strong attention to detail
• An interest in budgets and finance
• An awareness of trends in social media, digital media, career development, creative writing, and journalism
• Ability to multi-task and work both independently and with a team
• Exceptional skills related to problem-solving and organization
• Ability to perform well under pressure
• A Bachelors Degree
Responsibilities include:
• Executing and collecting teacher contracts and forms
• Setting up online learning platforms
• Assisting with invoicing and teacher payments
• Assisting and monitoring online conferences
• Proofing newsletters and other promotional items for accuracy
• Arranging calls, travel, etc for training
