Job Requirements POSITION SUMMARY:
This role will support The Miami-based Terra LATAM sales team in their efforts to prospect, develop, close and maintain advertising/sponsorship accounts and industry relationships. This vital role will be part of a dynamic team which is experiencing significant growth year over year. Main responsibilities will be to support the LATAM sales team in strategic sales planning functions, projects, proposals, pricing and packages.

• Develop deep understanding of Terra’s sales, content and custom capabilities across platform including; digital/mobile/EZ Target Ad Network offerings.
• Work closely with Int’l Sales Director and Account Manager to maintain, build and execute pre-sales process (RFPs/related tools, pricing, proposals and packages).
• Initiate proactive understanding of client and agency objectives in an effort to create smart, strategic media plans and big idea pitches.
• Work with International Team (local offices in LatAm) regarding inventory availability.
• Work with marketing and editorial team(s)(local offices in LatAm and USA) to create sales packages/special sponsorships for advertisers and verify capabilities & implementation needs.
• Attend sales calls and help support local client needs in Miami.
• Work with account manager on all aspects of account stewardship to ensure campaigns are delivered on expectations of client and make adjustments based on findings.
• Coordinate with Client Services to track schedules to ensure proper campaign delivery.
• Provide weekly reporting on all active campaigns and prospective accounts.
• Maintain a healthy relationship via phone contact with existing clients while assisting in opening up new sales opportunities for the Latin American market.
• Other duties as assigned within scope of nature of the business and position.
• Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus.

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience required.

• Minimum two years experience in sales planning or sales.

• Knowledge of online advertising a must.
• Knowledge of the Latin American media market preferred.
• Ability to write, communicate, collaborate across departments and multiple markets.
• Ability to deal with external and internal clients in a professional manner required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with managers and other levels of personnel, vendors, and clients as appropriate.
• Must have the ability to handle several requests and prioritize projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with time constraints.
• Must pay close attention to detail, maintain confidentiality, and problem solve (within scope of responsibility).
• Microsoft Word, Excel, email and internet proficiency required.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills required.
• Excellent phone manner required.
